At Crystal Enchantress, each item is handmade and carefully prepared with intention and care. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered if:

Your item arrives damaged
There is a significant issue with your order
You contact us within 5 days of delivery

To request a refund, please email us with:

Your order number
Clear photos or video proof of the issue or damage
A brief explanation of the problem

Requests without proof may not be approved.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
Delays caused by shipping carriers
Minor natural variations in crystals, color, texture, or handmade appearance

Each crystal is unique and may naturally vary in shape, color, and pattern.
